MSM does not provide massage or wellness services and does not employ Therapists. All services are performed independently by licensed professionals.

2.3 Notification & Device Tokens
We collect device identifiers, push notification tokens, and related device data to enable push notifications — the primary operational communication channel for both Clients and Therapists — as well as in-app alerts and SMS messaging where applicable.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect or Store
Miami Spa Massage does not collect, store, or retain:
- Credit card or debit card numbers
- Full payment authentication data
- Background check reports
- Government-issued identification documents
- Photos or recordings of Clients, residences, or service locations by MSM. MSM does not intentionally collect or retain such content.
MSM does not sell personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws. Payment processing, background screening, and messaging services are handled by trusted third-party providers using secure and compliant systems.
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Facilitate bookings and service coordination
- Enable communication between Clients and Therapists
- Send operational communications via push notifications (primary channel), in-app notifications, and SMS messaging (supplemental channel), in accordance with the SMS Messaging Consent accepted by the user
- Process payments through third-party payment providers
- Maintain Platform security and integrity
- Provide customer support
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
5. Communications
Operational communications may include push notifications, in-app notifications, and SMS messages where applicable.
Push notifications delivered through the Miami Spa Massage mobile application constitute the primary method of operational communication for both Clients and Therapists. SMS messages serve as a supplemental channel and are governed by MSM's separate SMS Messaging Consent, which users must accept independently.
We collect and use device notification tokens and identifiers solely to deliver these operational communications. This data is not used for marketing or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Sharing of Information
We may share information with:
- Payment processors
- Background check providers
- Push notification, messaging, and communication providers
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- Legal authorities when required by law
Information is shared only as necessary to operate the Platform and deliver services.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree not to:
- Take photos or recordings of Therapists
- Request services outside the Platform
- Share personal contact information for off-platform bookings
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Therapist Responsibilities
Therapists agree not to:
- Take photos or recordings of Clients or service locations
- Retain Client personal data outside the Platform
- Solicit off-platform services
- Use Client information for unauthorized purposes
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.
Certain information may be retained as required for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes, even after account deletion requests.
